Welcome to my practice

Becoming a parent, or moving through any major life change can feel overwhelming, isolating, and nothing like you expected. You might be feeling anxious, disconnected, exhausted, or unsure of who you are anymore. Maybe you’re carrying the weight of a difficult birth experience, adjusting to parenting with your partner, or navigating a season of loss or transition.

Whatever you’re holding, you don’t have to do it alone. I offer virtual therapy for California residents, specializing in perinatal mental health, treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), anxiety, and trauma. This is a space where you can slow down, breathe, and begin to feel like yourself again.

My work is collaborative, strength-based, and integrative. I believe you already carry the capacity to heal, and therapy helps you access it with the right support and guidance.

I draw from:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Psychodynamic and interpersonal therapy

  • Positive psychology

  • Nervous system regulation and mind-body approaches

This allows us to support both your emotional world and your physical experience which is especially important for postpartum anxiety, trauma, and chronic stress and chronic illness
