A steady place to land, no matter what this season holds
You don’t have to face big transitions alone. Gentle, empowering support to help you move forward with clarity and care.
Welcome to my practice
Becoming a parent, or moving through any major life change can feel overwhelming, isolating, and nothing like you expected. You might be feeling anxious, disconnected, exhausted, or unsure of who you are anymore. Maybe you’re carrying the weight of a difficult birth experience, adjusting to parenting with your partner, or navigating a season of loss or transition.
Whatever you’re holding, you don’t have to do it alone. I offer virtual therapy for California residents, specializing in perinatal mental health, treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), anxiety, and trauma. This is a space where you can slow down, breathe, and begin to feel like yourself again.
Who I help

Anyone feeling stuck, disconnected, or in need of support during a major life change
If you’ve been searching for a postpartum therapist in California or online therapy for new moms, you’re in the right place.
How I Can Support You
Therapy with me is a place to be real, without judgment, pressure, or expectations.
Together, we can:
Make sense of overwhelming thoughts and emotions
Process your birth story, trauma, or grief
Navigate identity shifts in motherhood or other life transitions
Build tools to manage anxiety, depression, and stress
Reconnect with yourself and your inner sense of stability
My goal is to help you feel more grounded, supported, and confident in your ability to move through this difficult season.
My work is collaborative, strength-based, and integrative. I believe you already carry the capacity to heal, and therapy helps you access it with the right support and guidance.
I draw from:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Psychodynamic and interpersonal therapy
Positive psychology
Nervous system regulation and mind-body approaches
This allows us to support both your emotional world and your physical experience which is especially important for postpartum anxiety, trauma, and chronic stress and chronic illness
